What most impresses me about her is her insatiable intellectual curiosity. She is a very hard worker, but I think she is probably driven most by this curiosity. She has a ton of experience, but still applies the enthusiasm and eagerness to learn of a beginner. This is a rare trait. Ling is an expert in picking out people's unique talents, and then plugging them in where they'll have the most impact.
